Und das kam so: Elsa saß am Küchentisch und zählte die Rosinen in ihrem Müsli – ein klarer Fall von Langeweile. Plötzlich hört sie ein Geräusch unterm Sofa. Sie bekommt das Ding zu fassen, und als sie es dann anschaut, stellt sie fest: Es ist kein Tier und kein Gespenst. Es ist die Nacht.

Weil Elsa die Nacht in eine Keksdose steckt (und ein paar Rosinen dazulegt), geht der Tag draußen nicht zu Ende. Schließlich holt unsere Heldin die Nacht aus der Dose und erzählt von ihren Abenteuern mit ihrem Freund, dem Elefanten Olaf. Und dass sie sehr traurig ist, weil Olaf eines Tages krank wurde und ihm keine Medizin helfen konnte. Die Nacht hört ihr mitfühlend zu und begleitet sie auf einem Spaziergang durch die Stadt. Und am Ende trägt sie Elsa nach Hause in ihr Bett – da wird einem ganz warm ums Herz.

Jöns Mellgren (geb. 1976) ist ein schwedischer Autor, Filmemacher und Illustrator. Er lebt mit seiner Frau und zwei Kindern in Stockholm. Der 38-Jährige debütierte 1999 mit dem Bilderbuch Djungelnatten (Dschungelnacht). Sein Buch Mustafa och stormen (Mustafa und der Sturm) erschien 2009, ein Jahr später der Band Rufus i underjorden (Rufus in der Unterwelt). Die Radioversion von Mustafa och stormen war in Schweden für den Ikaruspreis als beste Dramenproduktion nominiert. Mit Elsa und die Nacht erscheint nun das erste Buch von Jöns Mellgren in deutscher Sprache.

RETURNS

You have a 14-day window to revoke your contract without specifying any reasons. To exercise your right of revocation, please notify us accordingly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note, that gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.

Upon revocation, we will provide a full refund using the same payment method you utilized. You are responsible for covering the direct costs associated with returning the products, especially any shipping charges incurred. Repayment may be withheld until the products are returned to us.
