For her series “Very Still Life”, the artist from Tel Aviv built intricate table settings with luscious buffets of fake fruits and vegetables—but with a twist. Each artichoke, cabbage, or corn cob is rendered in a mix of bold reds and pearly whites, which marbling fat streaking through the leaves and tooth-shaped kernels sprouting from the core. A peppering of maggots offer a finishing touch—this supper is over.
