Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after:
-
the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together; or
-
the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the direct cost of return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
-
the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
-
the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
-
the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose delivery can only take place after 30 days, where the value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control;
-
the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for:
-
the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery;
-
the supply of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;
-
the supply of sealed audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
