A small apartment in Katowice’s design district was given a facelift by Mistovia to make it an eye-catching addition to the rental market. Perfectly positioned on the 11th floor of a 1970s block in the center of town, with views of the Silesian Museum and the International Congress Center, the apartment AFR Koszutka was redesigned to make it stand out from the preponderance of bland, neutral rental properties on the market.

With just a single window, Mistovia found innovative ways to keep the space bright, such as building the curved wall of the bathroom from glass tiles—also a nod to the building’s modernist heritage.
