Michael Harker, born in Munich in 1951, returned to photography in 2007 after studying in Vienna. With a romantic street photography style, he captures people, cities, and landscapes from unique perspectives. His fascination with street art began through his Streetlife projects, notably documenting New York’s iconic 5 Pointz. This passion culminated in his 2019 book Icons of Street Art – Big Murals. He lives and works in Munich and Lisbon.
